Mission
The Windsor Leadership Group's overall mission is focused on leveraging brain science to catalyze leadership excellence by helping successful executives and emerging leaders achieve positive, lasting change in behavior and organizational effectiveness. Our goal is to become a recognized name and help as many people as possible realize and capitalize on their potential. Bill Greenwald and Windsor have worked with many executives and large corporations. We have recently been focusing on expanding to companies and individuals oversees to become a global brand. Storytelling workshops are currently being held in Cincinnati, Austin, Seattle, Singapore, and Amsterdam. There are currently 4 different programs to choose from to learn valuable skills needed to succeed in leading. Not only does Windsor focus on developing leaders, but we try our best to help the community and occasionally provide free services and volunteer work for those who need it.

About Our Founder
Bill Greenwald
William J. Greenwald is the founder of the Windsor Leadership Group. By tethering evidenced-based brain science to the leading practices (behaviors) of extraordinary leaders and communicators, William empowers HR and Operational leaders to intentionally cultivate high performing teams and servant leadership cultures. Bill received his Neuroscience degree from Harvard in 2016 and has been using his knowledge to leverage his ability to help others. Bill has been focusing on speaking and leadership for the past 20 years and has learned a lot of great insights from his time.
William is also the founder of one of the most preeminent speaker's academies serving the global landscape. His high-energy, high-impact, and award-winning flagship training and coaching program, Story to Stage, has been experienced by thousands of professional speakers, business leaders, media personalities, screenwriters, preachers/ministers…indeed, presentation design and delivery 'Mindsetters' from all walks of life and vocations spanning four different continents. Bill has recently published a book called "Be a Mindsetter" that has amazing tips to help more people realize their potential.
